NEW YORK, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- TD Waterhouse Group, Inc. (NYSE: TWE; TSE), a leading online financial services firm and the world's second-largest discount broker, and Money.net (http://www.money.net), the first online financial news and information community to offer free streaming real-time stock portfolio tracking, today announced an alliance that will bring TD Waterhouse's U.S. online brokerage service offerings to users of Money.net.

TD Waterhouse will be Money.net's exclusive brokerage partner. This is the first alliance of its kind that TD Waterhouse has formed with a pure financial services portal community in the United States. "Our partnership with Money.net exemplifies TD Waterhouse's commitment to the online investor. Money.net is a leader in the area of streaming real-time portfolio tracking and we think that investors who find their technology compelling will also appreciate TD Waterhouse's reputation for excellence in online financial services," says Frank Petrilli, president and chief operating officer at TD Waterhouse.
