Money.net to Supply Content to Webhelp.com Consumer Portal

TORONTO, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Webhelp.com, an industry leader in the delivery of real-time, human assistance on the Web, and Money.net (http://www.money.net), the one stop financial services and information destination that provides free real-time, streaming stock quotes, today announced an agreement that will give Money.net users instant access to human-based sales support and site navigation assistance delivered through real-time text chat. As part of the agreement, Money.net will supply leading edge content on the "Finance & Money" channel on Webhelp.com's consumer portal (http://www.webhelp.com).

Webhelp.com will offer Money.net visitors access to human-assisted support as they navigate the site and explore opportunities to purchase any of Money.net's financial services. Users will engage in text-based chat with a Money.net Support Professional who will help direct users to the desired information and, if requested, guide them through their online purchase.

Under the agreement, Webhelp.com will supply Money.net with its Webhelp Direct service -- a private-branded, turn-key customer support solution that includes the management, staffing, training and technology required to allow Money.net users to receive real-time, human assistance online -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The service will assist users with navigation throughout the site and provide customer support for all the personal finance services offered through Money.net including stock trading from TD Waterhouse; insurance purchases from InsWeb; comparison shopping and secure auto, home, and personal loans or credit card acquisition from Creditland; online financial planning from Direct Advice; and online bill payment through Paytrust.
